your information.

What we collect

thread away collects your name, mobile number, email if you give it, and your visit history (services, dates, your artist and their notes). When you agree to texts, we also keep a record of that consent: your number, the date and time, and the wording you agreed to.

How we use it

To book and run your appointments, to reply to your questions, and to send the appointment texts you agreed to. See our text message terms.

What we never do

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only with the services that run our booking, payments and messaging, and only so they can do that work for us.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@threadaway.com.
